How do I care for my Pelican Pouch?

If your Pelican Pouch gets dirty, simply wipe it down with a clean cloth. For messier situations, it can be hosed out and left to dry, or wiped dry with a clean towel.

Where are your bags shipped from?

Our bags and accessories are shipped directly from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We quality check every order before it's sent, to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

To ensure you receive your bags as quickly as possible, we ship all packages via Australia Post. You should receive your package in 3-6 business days after your order has been placed. What are your Pelican Pouch bags made from?

We offer a variety of coastal inspired Pelican Pouch bags.

Our Peli-Pouch bags are made from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), a durable, long lasting material that's also water and sand resistent, crack resistent, lightweight, sturdy and flexible.

Our Neoprene bags are made from Neoprene or Perforated Neoprene and reinforced with marine grade rope handles - the same material used for wetsuits.
